Residential

We always start by getting to know the client(s) personally, as well as their tastes and the goals they have for their future home. In order to tailor our approach 100% to each client and their circumstances, we follow a range of methodologies that enable us to work efficiently and in harmony with them.

Methodologies:

Preliminary project study. The client receives one or two revised floor plans, showing only the layout. It does not include a study of materials and finishes and is not binding in terms of the project’s implementation. It is the best way to assess the viability of a purchase or to compare different options.

Basic design. We deliver a complete basic design comprising site plans, visualisations and technical documentation. Throughout this process, we carry out a series of joint reviews to ensure transparency and engagement.

Basic design and detailed design. We handle everything from start to finish, from procurement right through to final handover of the project. We carry out joint reviews with the client, as well as site visits to assess the progress of the work.
